We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Gama Designers. Below, you’ll find details on our shipping, delivery, and return policies.
Shipping and Delivery
Standard Delivery – R100 for deliveries in-and-around Tembisa.
- Delivery Time: Orders placed before 2:00 pm (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays) using Standard Delivery will be delivered within 3-5 working days if the item is in stock.
- Tracking: All orders are tracked with proof of delivery provided (https://gamadesigners.co.za/track-order).
Express Delivery – R150 (when items are in stock)
- Delivery Time: Orders placed before 12:00 pm (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays) using Express Delivery will be delivered the next working day to a specified address.
- Tracking: Orders under Express Delivery will receive tracking updates with a 1-hour delivery window notification.
Note: Delivery timelines may vary during peak shopping periods.
Delivery Locations
- Gama Designers currently delivers within Tembisa, Johannesburg. Extended delivery times may apply to certain remote areas, including Ivory Park, Ebony Park, Kaalfontein and other regions bordering close proximity of Tembisa.
Returns
How Can I Return an Item?
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Log a Return Request: Email our customer support at shop@gamadesigners.co.za with your order number, reason for return, and the items you wish to return.
- Return Label: Once your return is approved, a return label will be emailed to you.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and affix the return label, following instructions for either drop-off or pickup.
Returns are free of charge.
What is Your Return Policy?
- Return Period: Items can be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Condition of Returned Items: All returned items must be in original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized items, final sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
- Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
- Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund Conditions: A full refund will be provided if items are returned in original condition. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if items show signs of excessive handling or use.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched.
- Cancellation Period: If you wish to cancel after dispatch, please contact us to initiate a return once your order arrives.
- Refund for Cancellations: A full refund will be processed for items returned in original condition. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
